CCDB Strike Force

The Colorado Criminal Defense Bar (CCDB) works to ensure that citizens and noncitizens are not deprived of their constitutional right to counsel.

What is the CCDB Strike Force? 

The CCDB Strike Force service provides pro bono advice and counsel to immigration lawyers and criminal defense counsel facing the threat of criminal charges or investigations for zealously representing noncitizen clients.

The service is provided through a network of volunteer attorneys and federal criminal defense practitioners, and it helps our profession uphold its noble tradition of safeguarding the Constitution. 

Who is eligible for the CCDB Strike Force service? 

Those who may be eligible include Colorado licensed criminal defense practitioners or immigration practitioners representing clients within the state of Colorado who are being investigated or prosecuted based on their work representing noncitizen clients. 

Note that the CCDB Strike Force service is limited in scope and is not an agreement to represent practitioners in criminal court.
 

How can I use the CCDB Strike Force service?

Potential Strike Force clients must submit the following information: 

• Full name
• Contact information including phone number and email address
• Brief description of your situation
